American Lung Association’s Breathe Well, Live Well program uses the EXHALE model to reduce illness and disability due to asthma by improving asthma knowledge and self-management skills.

MOTTEP Minority Organ and Tissue Education Program

The mission of MOTTEP is to reduce the rate and number of ethnic minority Americans needing organ and tissue transplants through disease prevention and education. Information about organ and tissue donation is available.
