MWN offers a variety of classes on food preparation, healthy choices, food label ready, food safety, meal prep and more.

Good nutrition helps fuel your body. Proper nutrition protects you from illness and disease, such as heart disease, diabetes, cancer and osteoporosis by providing your body the nutrients it needs to maintain a healthy system.

Eat Healthy, Be Active is a nutrition and physical activity program for adults. It promotes living healthy to reduce the risk of obesity and chronic disease. Particiapnts learn the skills needed to make healthy eating and regular activity a regular part of their lifestyle.
