About the Event
Multicultural Wellness Network (MWN) invites you to our Partners for Breath luncheon--an exclusive, solutions-focused luncheon of healthcare professionals, advocates and organizations dedicated to improving asthma outcomes in our community.
MWN will present a overview of its campaign--built on the CDC's EXHALE model-- and lead a discussion about establishing a unified coalition focused on education, advocacy and support for families living with asthma.
